To Set an Event as Not Approved

You can set a "Planned" or "Approved" event as "Not Approved", providing that your user account has the appropriate privileges.

Follow these steps to approve an event.

Open an Event. The Event page opens in View mode.
Tip: You can use the Search feature to find the event. For more information, see Searches and Reports.
From the Object menu, select Not Approved.
